  A successful entrepreneur once told me that the most IMPORTANT thing you need is “vision”. This includes what you do, what others do, where you are going, where they are going, how you plan to make money, where is your market, who are your customers, what do they want, what is the pricing point, how much will it cost to obtain goods and manufacture and deliver your products, how much profit margin is there, what are the barriers that will prevent others from stealing your thunder, etc.
