After all women wear trousers:) kilts like john paul gautier type need to be worn low slung hip not too low and choose a block colour like black or navy. Or a retro 80s nu rave pattern. Remember... Plain top with bright bottom! And reverse. Keep your legs hairy, dont wear tights - hair thru tights looks like a bag of coconuts fighting to get out! Wear close fitting underpants so if the wind blows you are a protected and b dont get arrested for a certain item:) showing. I would also try a cute mini skirt in red its very sexy with black ballet pumps or cone heel shoes. keep top half to a vest. Even if you are not serious:) Why not?
