leggings (I think they were Underarmor Coldgear or some other athletic type like that), and a sweatshirt. It didn’t look bad to me but it seems unusual for a guy off his bike or hiking trail. This was just regular casual streetwear. Would you guys do this if it became more common ? I saw this in Denver, CO.
No I used to see this a lot on the West Coast back in the 90’s. It just kind of surprised me to see it now.
