I’d like to know if there are colleges and/or classes in the US (preferably California) that revlolve around Japanese fashion. I don’t know much about it and I haven’t found very good things on Google. How about any books about the topic?
I would like to travel to Japan in the future, so I am planning on learning more about it just by being there myself, but until that time I would like to find another resource. Please help if you can. Thanks!

I just want to know which school will give me the best employment prospect, so I need the school that I go to, to not only give me a good education and training but also the good industry contacts and networking opportunity so that I have a better chance of getting a job at a big fashion house after I graduate. My major is not fashion, it’s either engineering or math.
