HI,
For guys streetwear there are two places:
Ximenting and Shihlin Night market.

In ShiLin Night market, you can buy all sorts of inexpensive clothing. Areas around Zhong-Xiao East Road Section 4 also have a lot of nice clothing stores with good price.

Definitely night markets. Especially Shilin Night Market. But I have to say, there are millions of street vendors sell clothes, it’s quite cheap, you have to careful with low-quality clothes.
