  Well, if you wanted the cheapest possible way, then i suggest that you take pictures if you and your friend wearing the clothes, make copies of that(medium size) bright colors and the most important thing the name of the brand and where to find it at.

  Wear your clothes and walk around busy areas near wherever you live. Try to get noticed and tell people where you got the clothes.

  I would also design shirts with your company logo/name on the back and wear those when you’re not wearing your company’s clothes.

  Design business cards and hand them out to people or leave them in highly trafficked areas. Also design a newsletter and place that up on bulletin boards around your area.

  Send out press releases. Start a website for your company.

  That’s all I can think of right now.

  First, I understand wanting to be a frugal as possible, but if you are going to really make your business work, you will have to invest a fair amount in marketing. With that said, an online presence is the way to go. You absolutely need a website with a shopping cart where people can buy your clothes online. Next, start hammering social media sites – start a twitter account, a Facebook page, MySpace page, LinkedIn, etc. and update them OFTEN (as in everyday). Then find relevant blogs and other outlets online and post comments that relate to street wear. You can even look into a eBay store and posting on Craigslist. Then you can get into search marketing and affiliate campaigns. I know this all might sound like a lot, but online is usually the most cost effective method. You may also want to reach out to local shops who sell items like yours and see if they would be interested in carrying your line.
